background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Este tema parece estar poni\u00e9ndose de moda en la actualidad dando un nuevo nombre, Separaci\u00f3n 0, a una reivindicaci\u00f3n muy antigua, ya que la no separaci\u00f3n de los hijos y el ser sus cuidadores principales es una demanda de las familias con hijos prematuros largamente reivindicada y de APREM desde su creaci\u00f3n en 1999.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; color: rgb(5, 5, 5); background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Hay que decir, adem\u00e1s, que la separaci\u00f3n 0 es realmente un proceso complejo, en el que no solo est\u00e1n implicadas las Unidades de Neonatolog\u00eda sino que hay otros elementos que considerar que son factores externos a las Unidades, problemas como qui\u00e9n se ocupa de cuidar a otros hijos cuando los progenitores est\u00e1n con el hijo o hijos ingresados y hay pocos apoyos, cu\u00e1l es la situaci\u00f3n laboral de los progenitores y si esta les permite estar disponible para el hijo todo el tiempo que desear\u00edan, si la familia dispone de los recursos y los medios para asistir a hospitales de referencia que pueden estar lejos del domicilio habitual, etc. Y, por supuesto, tambi\u00e9n hay implicados elementos culturales que pueden dificultan la posibilidad de estar con hijo todo el tiempo deseable. Uno de los objetivos del Programa ConTacto de APREM es contribuir a apoyar a los beb\u00e9s y a las familias que se enfrentan a algunos de estos problemas.<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri, sans-serif; color: rgb(0, 0, 0); text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; line-height: 18.4px; color: rgb(5, 5, 5); background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\">Pese a todo lo dicho, es indudable que la Separaci\u00f3n 0, nuestro deseo y demanda de poder cuidar a nuestros y de que nos formen para ello, debe de seguir siendo el objetivo ya que esta es una pr\u00e1ctica imprescindible que se puede impulsar mucho m\u00e1s en las Unidades\/Servicios de Neonatolog\u00eda y Pediatr\u00eda, aunque no siempre dependa del sistema sanitario exclusivamente<o:p><\/o:p><\/span><\/p><p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 10pt; line-height: 16.8667px; font-size: 11pt; font-family: Calibri,
